AIDATACY x Banque Centrale du Vietnam – Building a Privacy-Preserving AML & Anti-Fraud Infrastructure with FHE
Facing the challenge of interbank data silos and privacy constraints, the Central Bank of Vietnam (BCV) partnered with AIDATACY to test a Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE)-based solution for real-time AML and anti-fraud detection.
Through the SQL-FHE engine, each bank can verify transactions against a centralized encrypted database (DB0) and receive a simple “YES/NO” risk signal without ever decrypting or accessing another bank’s data.
The pilot involved multiple sectors (public investment, agriculture, construction) under the BCV/AML supervision, demonstrating secure, sovereign collaboration among financial actors.
