HancoGroup is a leading Vietnamese conglomerate specializing in luxury real estate, hospitality-tourism, and tour transportation services. With over 700 employees, the group is navigating rapid AI integration to enhance operational efficiency. Its HR department oversees workforce development, talent retention, and digital upskilling programs. This collaboration occurred during HancoGroup’s phase of post-restructuring optimization, following the streamlining of over 100 positions. Existing HR systems could not distinguish whether performance gaps were driven by skill deficiencies, low AI adoption, lack of autonomy, or weak operational discipline, leading to generic and inefficient training programs.
